Refund Policy

At Sky Vision AI, we value client satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our services, the following refund policy applies: 1. Service-Based Projects Once work has started, payments are non-refundable. If a client cancels before work begins, refund eligibility will be reviewed case-by-case. 2. Advance Payments For projects structured in installments: The first installment (advance) is non-refundable once project planning has started. The second installment is due upon project completion as agreed. 3. Subscription Services (If Applicable) Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current active billing period. 4. Exceptional Cases Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–14 business days.
